DMCA Policy

APK Portal respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Our Content Model

APK Portal does not host APK files. App pages contain informational text (name, developer, category, description) and a link to the app’s official Google Play Store listing. If you believe content we have written, or an image we have used, infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice, please send the following information to lisabet368@gmail.com:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on apk-portal.com you claim is infringing, including the specific page URL.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the identified material as appropriate, and will make reasonable efforts to notify the party who posted the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information to the address above, and we will follow applicable DMCA procedures.
